John Penley
John is Penley's Senior Managing Member with a wealth of experience behind him in a number of areas of law including Notary Public; Estate Management; Agricultural Property; Wills Trusts & Probates.

David Knight
David is also a Member of Penleys and again has a wealth of experience in dealing with Personal and Criminal Injury Claims (CICA) and is Penley's Family Law Specialist
John Colquhoun
John has been associated with Penleys llp for many years and is a former Member of the Practice but now acts as a Consultant to the Members and other colleagues in relation to Property; Receiverships; and Commercial matters.
Robert Jennings
Robert has also been associated with Penleys llp for a substantial time and is a former Member of Practice. However Robert also now shares his wealth of experience in Private client matters such as the drawing up of Wills and dealing with Probates with the Members and other colleagues in his capacity of Consultant within Penleys llp.
Kevin O'Donnell
Kevin is an Associate Solicitor who has many years experience in Residential Conveyancing and related matters and who is head of our Residential Conveyancing Department.
Samantha Hosken
Samantha is an Associate Solicitor who advises in Matrimonial and Family issues. She is currently on Maternity Leave and David Knight is supervising all her matters in her absence.
David Billett
David has worked for Penleys for many years as Probate Manager. David has a wealth of experience in advising in respect of Wills, Probate, Inheritance Tax matters etc.

Branis Talbot
Branis has worked for Penleys for several years within a Conveyancing paralegal role and has now embarked on a Training Contract with Penleys to become a Solicitor. Branis' role has been has been extended to assisting within our Private Client Department particularly in respect of Powers of Attorney and Wills.
Natalie Smith
Natalie has been training with Penleys llp since January 2008 and has now completed her training and is currently working as a Solicitor within our Family Department.
